Standard room size is a massive understatement. barely enough space for luggage. No gym or proper bar as advertised—only abandoned machines and a vending machine posing as a bar. Frequent drilling noises during the day can be disruptive, and the unreliable light fixtures felt off.

Comfortable room, convenient location, I enjoyed the proximity to the metro station which made exploring the area very easy, and the hotel provides excellent amenities like free Wi-Fi and luggage storage.

The room provided a nice view and was clean, though on the smaller side, typical for the area. Customer service was lacking, especially during check-in, where the staff were rude regarding a deposit for a phone that was not properly offered upfront. An unexpected email regarding checkout was disappointing, leaving us concerned during our trip as the response felt dismissive.
